Email List Building Via Product Sales

I have a question for the Podcast

I understand how the whole emailing double opt in thing works with services such as Aweber, but I would like to know how one goes about using/running an email list build from customers submitting their emails when they make a purchase ( example, they buy something from my site and use their email address)

From my understanding I couldn't move their address to Aweber, so can I send from my website email and if so, will I get caught in spam filters if I send out a bunch of emails at once?

Jason, great question! If you're using PayPal, there's a pretty simple way to integrate your shopping cart with Aweber so that when someone purchases, they automatically get signed up onto your email list. Here's how to do it - https://help.aweber.com/entries/21697302-how-do-i-integrate-paypal-....
